Diet plan: Combine your food with exercise
Persist with exercise. When I started to work out I couldn't do half a push up and can now do them with ease. Same with running and stair climbing.
If you can stop eating sweets for a while you will lose your taste for them. Fruit should fill the need.

Ignore the fact that so much food is available in today's society. We are not obligated to have it. You can have an eating plan with plenty of variety without going berserk for diet foods and frozen dinners.
